Pete Bott

Music Lawyer

Protecting your rights as a musician is crucial. There's no one better to learn from than a music lawyer whose clients include Bring Me The Horizon and Sigma, to name just a few!

Following a successful career as an artist signed to Warner/679, Pete qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and now specialises in music and media law for boutique law firm Sound Advice.

His clients include Bring Me The Horizon, Sigma, Au/Ra, While She Sleeps and Hybrid Minds, as well as writers, producers and managers across all genres of music. Pete also handles business affairs for Tileyard Music (managers of Sigala, Joel Corry and more). An expert in copyright and intellectual property, he helps independent artists and bands understand and protect their rights as musicians.
