Adam Gregory
Having spent over 30 years working in the motor industry, 24 years ago Adam’s dad came up with the concept of putting on a Metal festival. Until 5 years ago he worked both careers simultaneously. Without any knowledge or a clue what was happening, they embarked on a discovery of fear, wonder, joy, heartache, excitement and pretty much every other emotion. Now as a family they have a well oiled machine, working mainly in harmony (with the occasional explosion) to deliver what they feel is a market leading gathering of like minded souls. Their passion and belief have delivered the UK’s largest independent Metal festival and proven that the old saying “where there’s a will there’s a way” stands true.
Rachael Greenfield
Rachael has worked with Bloodstock since the festival’s inception back in 2001 starting out by helping to run the festival’s merchandise stall. However, the role developed very quickly over the next 5 years, to include dealing with the advertising and marketing, ticketing, artist liaison, as well as creating and managing a sustainable budget plan. Once the festival went outdoors it was an incredibly steep learning curve that saw her take on many more roles. This included everything from handling artist contracts, to creating the festivals security pass system, traffic management, liaising closely with the site management team on all onsite contractor operations, as well as overseeing the general day to day operations of the festival alongside her brother and fellow Director Adam Gregory.
Simon Hall
Simon Hall has worked with Bloodstock since 2007. Alongside booking bands for all stages, he also oversees Metal 2 The Masses, which is a European wide initiative where he works with promoters and venues to seek out up-and-coming bands and gives them a platform at the festival and help guide them through their early stages of development. Further to this, Simon also works bringing in crew, backline and production to the event.
