Jonas “Jiggy” Kontautas works in content and creative direction across esports and digital media. Starting out in photography and video production, he built his skills by creating content hands on and learning what it takes to bring ideas to life.
Over the past 10 years he has worked across esports focused organisations, including roles linked with British Esports and Resolve. His work sits at the point where content, marketing and creativity meet, helping shape campaigns and making sure ideas move from concept through to finished output.
Now working in creative leadership roles, Jiggy helps guide visual direction, coordinate teams and keep creative projects moving while maintaining a clear identity across content.
Jiggy’s path shows how creative roles in esports go beyond playing games. From making content yourself to leading creative direction, his experience highlights the different routes into the industry and how practical skills evolve into bigger creative opportunities.
In this session, he’ll share his journey through the industry, what he has learned along the way, and the next step in his career with his upcoming project, Crossed Arms.
