Jon has been a sound engineer for many years, working primarily in live sound touring. He has been working most recently with Biffy Clyro and The Prodigy, for whom Jon was the sound engineer for 20 years up until 2023. Jon also has extensive studio and broadcast experience, and is a partner of The Laundry Rooms Studios in Sheffield.
Jon now teaches Entertainment Engineering at The University of Derby on the BSc and MSc courses. Jon is an active researcher and is currently working on HELA, an international hearing health certification for everyone working at live music events. He loves sub and tea.
