Melvin Benn is the Managing Director of Festival Republic, the leading UK event promoter behind Latitude, Reading & Leeds Festivals, Wireless and Wilderness. In 2017, Benn was instrumental in producing the One Love Manchester benefit concert, We Love Manchester which was broadcast live in over 50 countries and raised millions for the British Red Cross Emergency Fund.

With vast experience of staging the biggest festivals and outdoor music shows in the world, Benn is also Director of Glastonbury Festival and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wembley Stadium for five years from 2011. Benn sits as a representative on the Concert Promoters Association (CPA), and was influential in writing the original Guide to Health and Safety at Outdoor Events (‘the Pop Code’).

He promotes and produces outdoor music festivals and shows for circa 2 million attendees a year.

Rob Chadwick

Rob Chadwick is a prominent figure in the music and creative industries, boasting over 17 years of experience in music, starting with Academy Music Group & predominately residing in public relations with leading PR company Jukebox. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with esteemed clients such as Exit Festival, Hideout Festival, Rolling Loud, Pacha Group, Ministry of Sound, and Amnesia Club Ibiza. His work has led him to interview notable artists including the likes of Kasabian, The Cribs, Irvine Welsh, DJ Paulette, Cast, Sven Väth, Craig Richards, Kelly Lee Owens, and DJ Harvey.

In addition to his PR endeavors, Rob is the owner of Catch Recordings, an independent record label, and the founder of The Imaginarium, a Community Interest Company (CIC) venue in Leeds.
