Our ‘Breaking into the creative industries’ panel, chaired by BBC host and award-winning DJ Trevor Nelson, will explore the career stories of Crowd DNA content and media agency professional Andy Crysell, actor and producer of movies such as Gassed Up Hester Ruoff, former Head of Content at Spotify Vino Vethavanam, and Dale Davis – Musical Director for Amy Winehouse.

Award-winning DJ and champion for R&B music worldwide, Trevor Nelson is a household name across the UK. He started his broadcasting career at the pirate station Kiss FM, and went on to A&R artists such as D’Angelo, as well as signing Lynden David Hall at Cooltempo / EMI Records. Trevor now spans two of the BBC’s most popular music networks with a regular slot on BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 1Xtra.
Honoured with an MBE for his work with the Millennium Volunteers, Trevor has 4 MOBO awards and was an Ambassador for the London 2012 Olympics.
